A warm welcome with artistic charm

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with complimentary drinks and a handwritten welcome card—such a lovely touch! The breakfast was a spread of delightful homemade items, and the staff were always attentive and friendly.

The housekeeping could use some improvement. There were instances where essential toiletries were missing, and the bathroom cleanliness was inconsistent. The Wi-Fi was quite weak on the upper floors, making it challenging to connect.

the art hotel was a delight! the location is superb, just a short stroll from hauptbahnhof and the city center. our double room was spacious and immaculate. breakfast was a highlight, featuring a wide variety of tasty options and excellent coffee. the staff were always polite and welcoming.

My stay in the Single Room Comfort was overall satisfactory. the air conditioning was quite noisy.

the air conditioning was unbearably noisy, and the staff couldn't care less when I complained. I also had to carry my own luggage, which is just basic hospitality. And let’s not even start on the teapots at breakfast—they were crusty, not like I expected at all. almost rated this a 5, but really couldn’t.

The location was perfect for our family, just a short walk to the Old Town, where we found numerous parks and fun activities for the kids. Our room provided a nice view, and the comfortable beds made it easy for everyone to get a good night's rest.

My wife says that the slippery bathroom floor could be dangerous for little ones.
